Completely remodeled ranch. 3 bedroom waterfront cottage on Cuba Lake. 3 bedroom, 1 1/2 baths. 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds. Fully stocked kitchen with electric range/oven, full fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, Keurig, etc. Cable and Wi-Fi included. Living room area that includes a 48 inch TV and DVD player. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Gas grill and fire pit w/wood. Multi level decks with 2 docks. Linens and towels are included. No pets and no smoking inside cottage. Rental time frame is Saturday to Saturday. Seasonal rental only May - October.

Summary: All was pretty much as described. The place is very nice. It is more of a small house than a cottage and right on the water. Very relaxing. Many areas to visit and restaurants. Many pros to renting it. The only con was that it was instructed after rental that we had to clean up, which is expected, but also wash, dry and put away all linens and towels. Which in the days of covid, I kind of understand but the real kicker was trying to do it all and be out by 10 on check out day. Once I called and spoke to Liz, it was fine but it caused a bit of panic on our end at 945 when the towels werent dry. Perhaps a little bit later check out time would be better if the customer has to wash, dry and put away all the linens. Oh, and put it right in the ad before hand. Otherwise, all was perfect. Liz was easy to work with also.

Summary: I love this little house on Cuba Lake. The house is fully stocked with anything you may need! Perfect location on the quiet end of the lake, minimal boat traffic and noise.

Summary: I’ve been here several times cause we live in the country & I love the water! It’s so peaceful it is just very relaxing every time I’m there, no matter what is going on! It’s my happy place!

Summary: The weather was perfect. The summer crowd was gone. The water is just feet from the back door for fishing and kayaking. The home had everything we needed. We had a wonderfully relaxing time! Let us know if you ever want to sell.
